If you can do all your reps comfortably and don't struggle a little, without compromising form, on the last rep then the weight is too light. Women doing DB bench press with 10 or 15 lbs is a joke, just about every woman could lift a lot more than that. [/quote] A good trainer helps with this. I just get a heavier weight thrust into my hands.[/quote]
