I don't get it, why can't you choose one? It seems like if there is a real reason, like some kind of family illness the kid may or may not need to stay closer to home because of, you can tell the school and get an extension. Otherwise--if the kid is just indecisive--then just pick already. [/quote]

Double depositing has nothing to do with a waitlist.

If you place only one deposit by May 1, and then later place a second deposit when you get off a waitlist, that is not double depositing. That is a normal and expected practice. [/quote]
