If HYS moves forward with this then it will be their kids going to tryouts everywhere else. Even fewer kids than normal will show up to a club in the middle of a fight with its coaching team. I lived through this BS at CYA when they decided to mess around with an excellent TD a few years ago. The TD left for a club which wanted him. Then coaches left, teams left, kids left, teams that remained were uncompetitive. Basically the whole thing becomes a great big mess.[/quote]
