I think if you spoke with taxi drivers, uber drivers etc. you'd be surprised how many places they find truly frightening to venture. Yes, this is probably not as scary as some, but guessing they'l be thinking twice now. Ans then, "we have no transportation". The city needs to focus on inequity AND security. With security, you CAN have nice things. Poor man, poor family.[/quote]
