The Teacher thought the child belonged in AAP and wanted to make sure the child was considered. Parents can refer as well. In a normal year we know the in-pool test scores and parents will choose to refer a child who was not in-pool.[/quote] ANYONE can refer, even the child can refer himself.[/quote] This is interesting.... I wasn’t aware that a child can refer himself. For us, teacher referred our DS.[/quote]
