It's unreal how rude some of you are. I wrote a post without any incendiary language or rudeness. I posted ONCE on the original thread, and then I think twice on this one (this makes three). I'm not posting 3-1 for every post I don't like; I was 16:45, I responded to Jeff, I responded to the person who wrote to me directly. It's interesting. I'm not even that anti-medicine. In fact, I'm not anti-medicine at ALL. I am on this thread to learn more and to share opinions on the little bit I do know. I had NOT written anything anti-medication on this thread, but folks assumed I had simply because I said "why the censorship."

I just wondered why Jeff was intervening in this situation when he didn't intervene in others. He answered it fine, and I was starting to see his point, but then he called me a zealot, which was really just uncalled for. Just like you being so rude is unnecessary.

Can I ask why? It's a serious question. I'm not insulting you, I am NOT the person saying that you're "drugging your kids" nor am I the poster putting the big pharma info out there. You're mixing me up with someone else. I own up to all of my posts and refer back to them when I repost if they're not obvious. I'm a real person out there with concerns of my own. I can see how tensions are high on this thread. I am the person saying "It's not cool that people are saying you're "zombie-ing" your kids, etc. That's NOT me. So why do you keep responding as if I'm saying things worthy of calling me a zealot or being so rude, or saying you and others want me to leave DCUM?

I know, I know, this is a website where that shit happens; I get it that it makes some people feel better to insult a stranger. But in case you haven't figured it out yet: basic human interactions 101: if you want genuine discourse, don't stoop to name-calling or unnecessary rudeness. I guess maybe you're having fun being rude to someone who hasn't fired any shots in your direction, or you're just too careless to make sure you're slinging barbs at the right person. OH WELL.
