My ski parka is even older than that. I could replace them, but... I guess I don't care enough? They still look fine and do the job. I also don't live at the beach, so my bathing suits last me many years before the lycra and elastic dry rots. I do typically replenish a couple of items of clothing every season, but for me, a coat is utilitarian. Replacing it brings me as much joy as replacing my car tires.[/quote]
