Students who have just moved into an in bound area that did not fill out their preference for DL or IPL this past fall are waitlisted if the school cannot accommodate them due to size restraints. Maybe the process will change for the fall, but I wouldn’t make the assumption that there is a seat open just cause you have a MD address.
