Of course there will.  There will be a stampede from upper NW.  All we have to do is rent an apartment across Western Ave.  Many of the large buildings in Bethesda have month-by-month leases because they cater to businesses, internationals and others who need temporary housing. [/quote]

You’re assuming that they will have space for IPL who are “new” to the district. Students who have just moved into an in bound area that did not fill out their preference for DL or IPL this past fall are waitlisted if the school cannot accommodate them due to size restraints. Maybe the process will change for the fall, but I wouldn’t make the assumption that there is a seat open just cause you have a MD address.
