This isn't a notion, it's just a fact. What you do with that fact is up to you.

For what it's worth, the "upcounty" students in the Poolesville HS magnet programs come from these clusters:

Clarksburg
Damascus
Gaithersburg
Magruder
Northwest
Poolesville
Quince Orchard
Seneca Valley
Watkins Mill
