There's a world of difference between a 4-year-old who's just had their birthday and a 4-year-old who's about to turn 5. I agree that a child who's just turned 4 is way too young to start Kindergarten, but I can't see why being 4 for the first few weeks is such a big deal. It's not like they'd be 4 the whole year.[/quote]
