I did a lot of mini stim cycles and that seemed a good balance between high dose stims that didn't get good results, and natural IVF that could prolong the process (and increase the age gap). It's worth trying high stims once, especially if AFC is 8+, but if it gets you fewer than 5 eggs (which indicates a poor response), it's probably not worth doing again. And definitely give your own eggs a good try first, just saying be mindful that egg quality is not a guarantee and many people need donor eggs at 37.[/quote]
