MCPS is obligated to offer all three tracks: Math 6, Math 6 plus, and AIM, and that remedial math class. Sometimes they don't put them all on their websites, and as you can see, they don't all use the same names. Parents have to ask for Algebra, and depending on the MS math department chair or Principal, that can be test-in, and they may give you more or less pushback. [/quote]
