I find MD drivers to be too cautious to the point where everyone around them gets frustrated. And yes, many don't seem to use the turn signals which I find super annoying. I find VA drivers to be overly aggressive and have a sense of entitlement on the roads. I find DC drivers to be confused in the 'burbs, but that's ok, because I get confused in DC. Let's all remember that the driver who caused the huge pile up on the bridge that caused many people to not be able to get home that night was from VA, and it was due to aggressive driving. [/quote]
