I’ve thrown 3 small outdoor Bday parties: 
August - allowed to invite 3 friends (outdoors) 
December - allowed to invite 4 friends (outdoors & masks)
January - allowed to invite 5 friends (outdoors & masks)

In every invite I said - I know it’s a weird time, no pressure to attend - but I have had 100% attendance at all 3. In my group I think people are looking for lower risk ways to get kids together outdoors.

May I ask what you did at your small outdoor parties? I am especially curious at your January party.

We did outdoor laser tag - I hired someone to come do it - I can share the vendor if you live in the DMV. It worked out really well. I planned it less than a week in advance.[/quote]
