To each their own.  Let your DD/DS live their life asymptomatic and not know they have myocarditis.  Next thing you know your DD/DS is collapsing on the field.  Didn't that happen to a U of Florida bball player recently who had contracted the virus over the summer.  And who knows what the long terms effects are?   I still let my DD play but only locally for now.  Won't travel for games out of state.[/quote]

All fair.  I also worry about the epidemic of mental illness and suicide and other forms of self-harm that are exploding among kids who are locked down.  It's all about the risks and costs you want to incur.  There's no good answer here except respecting other people's choices when you can avoid the consequences of their decisions if you disagree.[/quote]
