OP, you sound immature. You are 31 and maybe it's time to branch out and grow up a bit. Seriously, if you are struggling with this now think of how it will be at 41 and 51. Take care of yourself and that will take you far, both looks wise and in health and energy levels. And then cultivate some interests so that you can grow and change and learn more and be interesting to talk to. I'm 35 and I feel like I've never looked better, but I know aging is inevitable. I discovered yoga around age 30 and started eating for health and not weight. Result is that my weight is still ideal and I'm eating a lot fewer artificial sweeteners and crap like diet coke and "lite" yogurt. I've learned how best to treat my hair and what cuts look good on me, same with clothes. I'm a HELL of a lot more confident and more articulate than I was in my 20s, and I've accomplished a lot more. My boobs are only going to get lower and wrinkles are just a few years away. Oh well. Everyone ages. I enjoyed looking 18-29 when I was that age. Time to move on. It's not like some people get to stay that way and you are one of the unlucky few that has to age. Just don't fight it like Madonna and end up looking like a freak show.
