You mean that you’re a lying cop, PP.  As a deputy sheriff in Va, he is subject to the exclusive HR control of that county’s elected sheriff.  The civil service process barely applies to him.  The sheriff personally exercises all hiring and firing jurisdiction.  What this means, PP, is that the sheriff agrees with this thug and only fired him because he was publicly outed.

Moron: the Code of Virginia makes every single deputy sheriff (civil, bailiff, correctional, or LE) a conservator of the peace.  This particular typical cop did indeed graduate from a police academy and holds a cert from Virginia DCJS.  He is in fact a cop.  And he is in fact a typical cop.  And his management knew all about him and endorsed his behavior and continues to do so.
