Our one IVF cycle produced way too many eggs and then embryos. We had IVF not because we had trouble, but because we didn't feel like trying and waiting. We just had an oops pregnancy at 47 that we decided not to pursue. Our doctor said that someone wins a jackpot lottery, and we won the fertility lottery. There is no good answer to your question. We also had many many many troubles that other families didn't have to deal with. Everyone has their own mix of happiness and misery.[/quote]
