FYI because we are the richest world in the country we are subsidizing other country's medical costs. A good example is college books, you pay 100 here but if you go to india for the same book its like 75, that is why it is cheaper to buy from india and ship here.

We are subsidizing other countries' medical costs? Seriously? We can't even afford our own medical costs, for which we pay twice as much as the next country down the list, for at best similar outcomes. And what do college books have to do with anything? You seriously think that publishers publish those cheaper books (in tiny print, on crappy paper) in India out of the goodness of their heart? No, that's just what the market will bear.
