Why didn't you say you had a newborn?  Why does it matter that you need others to validate that your baby is cute?  She is cute to you.  Isn't that enough?  With so much going on this has to be one of the last things I would think about!

I mean I'm looking at my newborn right now and she's absolutely beautiful with her teeny tiny little itsy bitsiness.

But didn't think my friend's newborns were cute. So I was wondering. I don't need validation my baby is cute, i know she is. I wonder if my husband really thinks she's cute or is just pretending to make me hapoy, lol[/quote]
