It's a small but very vocal minority of teachers and their "union" in FCPS who have and continue to tank things for all of us. They are the largest school district in NOVA. The other school districts like to claim that they make their own decisions, but they are heavily influenced by FCPS. I believe that the vast majority of teachers, and especially ES teachers, wanted to be back in the buildings.[/quote]
