Tell me. Please. What’s privileged about wanting to feed people? Families are so desperate now, and food banks are running on empty, that they’re stealing potatoes.

DP. The way the issue is being framed is disingenuous. The reason we can't get "the basics" done isn't because of inaction on the part of Democrats, or that John Kerry - a private citizen who currently holds no office - is filming a climate change clip for Twitter (which, it should be stated, is directly related to the job for which he has been designated!!).

It's because Mitch McConnell is holding up bills because they don't provide liability protection for negligent employers, and because he doesn't want to bring to vote a bill that his entire caucus doesn't support, and because he'd rather reshape the judiciary with activist judges by jamming through as many as he can.[/quote]
