Out of 6 elem schools in our pyramid, 4 are title 1 including the center. (2 keep to themselves with local level and don't send kids to the center. If they do, it may be one or two.) Why would they use national norms for our biggest ES that is 85% poor that has no local level? How many of those kids would score a 132 or better? Meanwhile, the center which is 50% poor, would have lower standards?[/quote]
