You’re looking for a problem where there isn’t one. [/quote] If you can weigh yourself daily and track your trend line (many apps do this), that’s perfectly fine and healthy. If you’re trying to pick apart your last 3 days over a couple pounds, you need to take a break or only weigh every other or every 3 days. FWIW, having had an eating disorder, I could and can still stress myself into holding water and perpetuating a cycle of freaking out because I’m holding water and weighing more.
