You mean the melinated people who voted in higher numbers for Trump than in 2016? Whether that was because Joe/Kamala are secret cops who'll throw all the Black people in jail, because Joe/Kamala didn't support reparations to be paid in summer 2021, or because "defund the police" doesn't play well outside of under 40 activists, I don't know. But Dems would do well to figure out why the blue wave turned into a red trickle outside the top-line race.

There's also several steps between "Virginia 1861", "Yugoslavia 1990", and complete peace and quiet. "Belfast 1972" and "Jamaica 1980" are but a couple of the stops.

FWIW, Q's been quiet since the election (two weeks now) and there's a decent chance that leads to more splintering. The Proud Boys have broken into two (Prouder Boys?) as some decide open racism is the way to go. Could be the Civil War starters are going to turn on each other before they turn on society.
