There are none in the DMV. My old town Lexus had a full gym, pool table, movie theater and catered meals. But my favorite the Harley Dealer in town had a full bar with food like a hooters biker bar that was free if bike being service. My BMW dealership had WiFi, cable tv, work stations and recliners and fill meals. I used to time oil changes to meal times. DMV I was shocked just nothing. Terrible
Let me guess, you’re from Long Island
Probably the same guy from the RE forum who was shocked the millenial buyers of his house didn't think an above-ground pool added to the value of his house
Good call. I was actually pissed they wanted me to take it down pre-closing, then they wanted a professional quote and that cost off. Meanwhile my pump, filter, ladder and pool equipment you could sell 600 bucks and taking down pool is easy DIY as I did it on my old pool. I sold house to a couple who of course did not pay extra for pool. But was a big selling point. They have two grandkids they baby sit and they themselves had one. I think they like got it for free abs can take it down easily down the road. And yes my old BMW dealer was Heaven. I used to go once a year inspection and oil chèvre and work on laptop and enjoy breakfast and lunch. Here nothing. Btw above ground pools are back!! I have a semi inground new house folks have no clue it is above round. I buried it to max depth. I do know the caddy dealer in Bethesda will if you request will pick up car your driveway, service it and return it back for no extra charge. But that dealer blah inside
