Not clear to me in reading this if the spectators are a different count than the players. That is a huge distinction. I read it as separate.[/quote]

I would think players and spectators are different but even then, if it's an 11 v 11 game you're going to have one (or no) no subs per team and parents get to flip a coin to see who gets to go watch their kid play?!?  At the risk of stating the obvious, COVID really sucks.   :( [/quote]
