No.  He doesn't have the political experience for that job.  However, he would be a fantastic Press Secretary.  If you don't believe me, go and look at the videos of his interviews on Fox and tell me that he wouldn't put smarta$$ WH journalists in their place and handle them smoothly when they press for information that he isn't giving out.[/quote]

I agree he would make a good press secretary but does he really want to be an attack dog against the conservative press and that's it?  I feel that it's not prestigious/political/impactful enough of a position for him to just be a talking head...[/quote]
The mainstream media is constantly parroting right wing talking points. I think he could help reshape that. The American public deserves to actually hear what the Democrats say. I think Pete could do that much more capably than many others. DP.[/quote]
