OR switch to another retail job and start fresh and do not talk about your personal problems at work. Treat your job as a job and not as a support group or therapy.  Look at that - now you have knocked off two issues - and you can now dedicate this energy into your son.

So see, there is always a way ... it just depends on what you are willing to do and if you are only willing to vent then that's ok but don't expect that any changes will come of that
