It has been a year that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy, and yes, of course things could always be worse and I am grateful they are not.

Maybe so, OP, but the only way you're going to change things is to find a way to change them.  It's good to reach out for support and I hope you keep doing that, but nobody can do this for you.  You may not be ready today, but maybe next week or next month you will be.  Hang in there.  [/quote]
