[/quote] Ok you're clearly not familiar with that area. EOTR is not "just called Anacostia" by EOTR residents because there are dozens of neighborhoods EOTR. Anacostia is one of them. Many of my friends who grew up here but in NW still think this. Very common misconception. Although I guess you could equate this to EOTR residents referring to all of NW as "uptown."
