That's one of those telltale green screen effects. He's definitely not out on the White House lawn. Also visible around his upper arms and shoulders, but against the navy jacket it's not as obvious as against his white hair. He should do one of those effects where he snaps his fingers and he moves from the White House lawn to the Oval Office. That would be cute.[/quote]
