OP, if it's your hoop but on private property, move it so that it is clearly on your property. - If it's ok for other kids in the neighborhood to use at the right hours, then tape or tie a cardboard box over the hoop. Write on it clearly "Not for use between 10 am and 4pm," or whatever hours you want to set, and then take it off after. Put it back on every day. - If they can't use it, then just remove the hoop for awhile to break them of the habit, and be vigilant aboutsaying "no, guys" if it gets used after you put it back up.[/quote]
