I will concur with the qualms about both conditioning and quality of coaching at NL. They just are not as well drilled as other teams from outside DMV. However, it also means that they don't have an a-hole on the sidelines and frankly I feel embarrassed for other parents and other teams when their coaches are red-faced, yelling, a-holes.

BLC seems to be doing much better on recruiting coaches who also coach at private schools, which I think in the end will make a difference and probably the arc of history will be in their favor. Particularly since they have a significantly larger recruiting area. And also, NL losing their indoor facility really diminishes their #1 comparative advantage.[/quote]
