Neither. Blacks are terrified by the police. Lebron tells me it's so. All of my friends, family, coworkers, respect the police and love having them around. I want black people to feel safe and happy also, and they have said that doing away with the police would accomplish this. [/quote]
Yes but you gotta admit you’re sending out some serious segregation vibes because if it’s true, as LeBron told you then that means you think all Blacks live in predominantly Black communities.  You’re like, “Yay I figured it out” because you think the Black people who live in predominantly Black communities will feel safe and happy but what about the Black people who live in predominantly white or diverse communities?  They may not love having them around like you and may not feel safe and be happy so it’s not a win win.

Well it's certainly a step in the right direction. I guess if we created a "LE free zone" anyone truly afraid would have an area where they wouldn't have to be faced with the prospect of seeing a police officer. Admittedly it's not s perfect solution but I want the black community to feel safe. We should at least start there- remove all LE from their community now and figure the rest out later. [/quote]

Oh, that should end well.  Once the criminals find out where these "LE free zones" are, they wouldn't dare go there, now would they?

And, surveys have shown that POC actually WANT law enforcement present in their communities.
