Because the "summary" above isn't remotely accurate. It does a whip around the country talking about some of the things unions are asking for/demanding. And it doesn't say they are arguing to limit distance learning. I pretty well loathe the WTU and frequently call BS when WTU members take shots at charters and charter teachers. There's plenty of ammo against teacher unions to not have to be the face of stupidity by looking at titles and other's interpretations when you have ready access to the source materials.
