OP here. We wouldn't be near the prison at all, but I don't understand the big deal about being near it if it isn't a functioning prison and they're developing the land ? Like I said, I've lived in a part of New England where literally everything is in some proximity of an old jail, orphanage, or something like that. Like if you had a hang up about being 15 miles from that kind of stuff, you wouldn't be able to find a place to live.[/quote]
