I'm in my late 30s and quite a few of my friends are still single and coming to terms with not having a husband or kids (I'm sure some will, but they're trying to plan for all scenarios). A few said things like, I met X in college and we were perfect for each other. But we broke up because we wanted to experience more and move other places.
