I work for a federal agency where they decisively decided NOT to allow employees to take the 10 hours a week of admin. leave OPM had suggested be granted to parents of school aged children. They said "America needs you, now isn't the time to work less" and generally would be happy if all of us parents (women, whom should really be sahm anyway) would quit. [/quote]
