I really like the GLC, but when I've looked online their starting price point is too high. Seems like the others mostly start below and you might end up where the Mercedes starts. But I am also considering a certified pre-owned BMW X3, which is a way that price point comes down.[/quote]

Yea, Mercedes commands a premium over BMW and Audi these days. I wonder what a CPO off-lease GLC goes for. Even the base 2.0L Turbo 4 is amazingly powerful and torquey in the GLC. I drove one as a loaner and it was very enjoyable.

I like the X3 as well - it's one of the bright spots in BMW's otherwise dull product line. Good luck hunting![/quote]
