Roast florets with s/p Heat olive oil and cook a bunch of garlic and capers and breadcrumbs in it til golden. When done, pour over the cauliflower. In the same saucepan, put some chicken broth and anchovies/paste and bring to a boil. Add white wine vinegar and golden raisins- cook til almost all the liquid is gone. Toss everything with flat leaf parsley. I don’t know why it’s so delicious but if I’m not careful I will eat an entire head of cauliflower (And then pay for it!). [/quote]
