Doctors are seeing more and more instances like this during the current wave, in young and otherwise healthy people, where the effects linger long after the active infection has cleared. The statistics are shifting, and it's become increasingly clear that "we're young" is NOT enough to base decisions like this on. (Not saying you're wrong, just that you're using the wrong criteria to get there.) Younger, healthier people can still get it, transmit it, and have serious issues from it.
