See copious examples of uninvestigated backlogs of rape kits and hostile investigators.  I think we can do better with a dedicated group of investigators who are trained to handle cases like that rather than knock heads with goons.[/quote]

I never said police stop rapes. My point was you live in a fantasy world. One where social programs will stop crime. One where women can walk around half naked because men shouldn’t rape them.

Personally I live in the real world. Men can and do rape, and social programs aren’t doing diddly squat to stop crime.

Most rape calls are wage and hour disputes.  Prostitutes call 911 and say they were raped when the john does not want to pay their fee.  The cops show up like they do
for all rape calls.  Cop then has to negotiate with the prostitute and john and tell the john to pay his bill.  Usually when the cops show up the john pays his bill to the prostitute.[/quote]
