Otherwise every daycare, camp, pool, etc.., would be closed. The hot spots are in one place only. Bars and restaurants. Young people singing, sharing drinks, sucking face, hooking up, no masks, passing it along. Yet OCMD bars are open and schools are closed. [/quote]
