[/quote] Even if we went back to Phase 2 the compliance by the public and businesses just won’t bw there and there is no way it can be enforced. We know more today than we did in March. We know people get really sick but they don’t drop dead like early news stories seemed to imply. Once the media televised the protests it was all over with lockdowns and phases.
