Simple answer is then not to sign any waivers. It sounds like there are some places not doing this (yet). I think the daycare world will sort out nicely amongst daycares with waivers, daycares without, parents who will sign, and parents who won't. Regardless of any of that, all daycares will have plenty of applicants to fill slots. [/quote]
