Maybe some acceptable compromise can be found on some of these points.  For example only play games in regional zones in the Fall (northern Virginia teams play northern Virginia teams, Maryland teams play Maryland teams etc).  One point I would make on soccer is it is not a contact sport in the same way as football or wrestling.  It is a fast moving sport on a large field - the contact is fleeting not sustained.[/quote]
