Or, it is none of the team managers business. There are few conversations I need to have with the coach but when there is a need to have a conversation with a coach it is none of the team managers business.

Perhaps I can't due to a time commitment, perhaps the coach can't because of a back to back session. Perhaps I don't want to talk in front of my kid or other kids. Perhaps my wanting to talk with the coach is just none of your business and I don't feel like going through a team manager to talk to someone who I am paying. [/quote]

As someone mentioned before, send the coach an email. Most clubs have the coaches email addresses listed on the  club site. Does your club use Teamsnap? Most clubs have the coach's email loaded into Teamsnap. Again, you can send an email if you don't have time/privacy/cojones to speak to the coach in person.[/quote]

Maybe I am missing something? Why do you need to go through the team manager to email the coach and request some of his time? Get his email off the website. Your daughter doesn't have Teamsnap on her phone? Go into her app, get the coach's email and send him a message. Neither of those options involve the manager. [/quote]

Our club has every coach's email listed on the site, and it's also listed in the team's TS account for anyone to access without having to contact the manager.[/quote]
