All that the study is saying is that as Harvard practices “holistic” evaluation, so does the rest of the society in evaluating Harvard URMs.

I guess you much prefer reparations!  That way the black graduates would have more family wealth and connections and maybe their outcomes would be the same. Seriously Angry guy with the dumb kid I am so sorry you don’t want to make room for new people to share America’s wealth. I guess you think you are self made and got no preference. There are a lot of recent black Alum of elite schools that are doing well and not reliant on racist like you for approval or jobs. As I mentioned above the studies are looking primarily at pre 1980s classes which do not represent current/ recent minority classes.
