I live in Anacostia and there is a strong no snitch culture. People fear retaliation. And yeah, most on this board do not care about these victims or the many others who die with barely a sentence about their violent deaths mentioned in the news. This 16 year old serial killer should be huge news.[/quote]

It should be, I think the point people on this board are making is it should be and we do care. Like the mansion murders, this should not be considered "another day in the life..." in DC![/quote]
